So far I have recorded MyFinessPal food & exercise track for 10 days! It feels awesome being able do discipline myself to become healthier in the future.
My goal weight is 70 kg. Since last week, I have lost 1-2 kgs from diet and some workouts. Sitting at 76 kg, I will keep going on this trend to become fitter self!
On the other hand, I will go hiking at Mt Kinabalu next two weeks. It’s gonna be fun!
